Days of the New é uma banda de grunge dos Estados Unidos da América formada em 1995 pelos amigos de escola Travis Meeks (vocalista), Jesse West (baixista) e Matt Taul (baterista). Mais tarde, junta-se ao trio Todd Whitener (guitarrista).
